A hundred years ago, Frank Martin wrote one of the greatest masterpieces in Swiss music history. The Ensemble Choeur3 will present this work from a new perspective. The saxophonist and performer Philippe Koerper (* 1986, F/CH) developed intermediate pieces that reflect and expand the breathtaking beauty of Frank Martin’s sound architecture. This creates a completely new look at one of the most important milestones in choral music of the 20th century.
